This program was designed completely "in-house "to provide players with specific winter workouts to increase throwing velocity as well as an understanding of how to maintain and strong and healthy arm for the duration of the season. You must be 13 years or older to participate in this program! Why do we require a certain age? This is to ensure that the body is developed enough to correctly perform each drill or session. Our "Pro" version requires players to train 5 days a week. Each workout will consist of a proper warm up, arm and shoulder strengthening drills, and a progression to increase the intensity and strength of the throws by the time High school seasons start! If your looking to make an impact on your High School and summer ball team, this is the program for you!
