No. Monday Member Practices are for all Yard members other than those in the Next Level Program. We are offering "in-house" training sessions on Wednesday evenings for anyone in the NLA programs. These sessions have high level instruction with trainers from The Yard and encourage everyone to attend.

Our "in-house" training sessions will be on Wednesdays between 6p and 8p. Dates are subject to change based on facility space and coaches availability.

Yes, you will have a Yard membership during the duration of your program. We will activate your membership on November 1st and will be active for the 4-months needed to complete the program.

Yes, you can start your program at your own convenience. We do encourage you to follow the timeline that the programs were built around though (November 1st- February 28th

We pride ourselves on having low ratios for players. Our goal is to have a 6-1 player coach ratio for all in-house sessions. That will be determined by how many players join the program and coaches availability.

No, you must complete the steps in order. You will not be able to see the next step until you have completed the current drill.

All of our Next Level Programs are designed with a progression in mind. The goal is to build up the players skills based on the time of year. For example, arm care and strength training will be towards the end of each program so players arms are ready for the long season ahead.
